Northumbrian Water chooses Spectrum Business Park

Northumbrian Water becomes the latest company to take space at this thriving business park. The company is moving into Spectrum 5 which will be its new base for its framework partnerships employing around 200 people.

Spectrum Business park currently employs over 1,500 people and is home to a number of companies and organisations including Durham County council, County Durham Housing Group, Business and Enterprise Group, The Department of Work and Pensions and Great Annual Savings.
