Regent Capital’s projects have been delivered across the north of England and Central Scotland. They have developed and funded renovations of existing city centre office buildings, including listed buildings, new grade A offices, hotels, business parks and distribution hubs. Regent Capital’s property developments have been undertaken with a variety of partners, including public sector joint venture partners at Eurocentral, M8, Glasgow, where Regent Capital enabled funding of speculative industrial and distribution Hubs for EPL, a joint venture between Scottish Enterprise and Muse.
Disruption in energy markets is opening up new revenue streams in energy and property. To capitalise on the opportunity this presents for our investors, Regent Capital has formed a joint venture with New Resource Partners (NRP). NRP specialise in the energy transition including renewables, smart energy infrastructure (SEI), and local energy, assessing and developing investable projects for investors, governments and large energy users in the UK and overseas.

Gideon Lyons has a background in the financial, media and retail sectors – as an active business owner, entrepreneur and private investor – with a successful and proven track record in structuring sound business opportunities for the Regent Capital client base across each of our business sectors.
Virginia Beckett is CEO at Regent Capital Plc, where she is responsible for seeking out new commercial property and alternative energy investment and development opportunities UK wide. Her role involved sourcing funding streams for property investments as well as maintaining an overview of Regent Capital’s extensive UK wide portfolio of property investments.
In her regeneration including BPRA and EZAs and public sector funding initiatives including previous role at CBRE Capital Markets, Virginia was responsible for funding and delivering strategic multi-function projects for both private and public sector, including specialism in tax driven TIFs and JESSICA. She has wide ranging experience across all commercial property sectors, including office and industrial, with a particular emphasis on specialist and alternative markets including Hotels, Student Residences and PRS.
Key recent projects have included working with Muse and Aviva on an income strip forward funding structure for delivery of Marischal Square, a £107M mixed use development in Aberdeen and advising Scottish Power on the consolidation of their occupational property portfolio. Virginia also advised NHS and Scottish Future Trust on Alternatives Structures for delivery of NHS surplus estate in Scotland and European Investment Bank on the Market Assessment and review of SPRUCE (JESSICA) Fund in Scotland to support the effective testing of the resources of the (SPRUCE) Fund and review of the Fund’s Investment Strategy.

Anna Josse has expertise in building operations, relationship management and is highly qualified in the charitable sector, having founded Prism the Gift Fund with the mission of increasing the flow of funds into the charitable sector.
Pamela is Director of Asset Management at Regent Capital, where she is responsible for sourcing and delivering development and asset managing our existing portfolio. She is a surveyor with 20 years’ experience in commercial property development with a track record of delivering development schemes from inception to completion across retail, leisure, industrial and residential sectors. Her experience is in site acquisition, planning, design team management, contract procurement and project management. Pamela joins Regent Capital from Henry Boot Developments having also worked with Gladedale, Taylor Wimpey and Drum Property Group.
Pamela’s expertise in delivering mixed use development schemes is varied in scale and ranges from, for example, creating £11m Livingston Retail Park from a gap site, to working on the £355m TECA conference and exhibition centre; a joint venture between Aberdeen City Council and Henry Boot Developments. She has also delivered numerous residential schemes and niche bespoke mixed-use projects in Glasgow’s West End and Edinburgh.

Geraldine Ward is Head of Compliance and ensures that we comply with all regulatory requirements. She has a background in commercial property with previous roles at CBRE including valuation for UK retail funds, and development funding for major mixed use projects including Eurocentral.Until recently Geraldine was Director of Investor Relations and Asset Management at Regent Capital.
